Kentish Town Housing
A significant refurbishment and reconstruction of a derelict property on the High Street in Kentish Town to create new flats above and to the rear of the building together with a shop at ground floor level.
Materials are simple and sustainable, with re-used London stock brickwork and timber windows. To the rear there is a landscaped garden with new trees and a green roof.
The proposal will meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
